It happens. There are lots of things that are hard to find.
Like that missing sock from your last load of laundry that the dryer
ate. In fact, here's a whole list of things that you'll never
find, no matter how hard you search.

United States listed as a signatory to the Kyoto Protocol. As the
rest of the world moves forward to find solutions to global warming,
President Bush is siding with corporate polluters like
ExxonMobil. Clean Energy Now!
- A safe way to dispose of nuclear waste.
Radiation released into the environment has led to the contamination of
soil, air, rivers and oceans, causing cancer and other diseases in
people. No New Nukes!
- Atlantic cod.
Thanks to the mismanagement of fisheries, cod populations collapsed off
of Newfoundland in 1992. Two years later, the same thing happened
to cod stocks in New England's Georges Banks. Our oceans are in
crisis. Save our Seas!
- Weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. However,
you'll find more than 100 in the United States. Except we call
them chemical facilities, and in the event of an attack or accident,
